Order Processing
All orders are processed during regular business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available, so you can follow your package’s journey.

If an item arrives damaged, please retain the original packaging and provide photographs of the item and packaging when contacting us.
